8 things you desperately need to know if you're going to Beyoncé today

Bey Day is finally here!

BEYONCÉ LANDS IN Dublin tomorrow for her eagerly anticipated gig in Croke Park.

*squeals*

But there are so many questions: what time is she on at? Can I sneak in a naggin? WILL SHE PERFORM SHANE LONG IS ON FIRE?

Worry not, friends — we’ve got your sorted.

What time should I get there at?

Ticketmaster and MCD have advised that gates will open at 5.30pm with the support act taking to the stage at 7.30pm. People are advised to be in their seats no later than 8.15pm for Beyoncé’s performance.

Ooh, who’s the support act?

That would be Chloe x Halle, a sister duo aged 18 and 16, respectively. The sisters got their big break performing covers on YouTube and were later signed to Queen Bey’s management company Parkwood Entertainment.

Their debut EP Sugar Symphony was released earlier this year to positive reviews — think stunning harmonies paired with minimalist beats.

Oh, and did we mention they were featured in Lemonade? Yeah.

Back to Beyoncé. How long will she go on for?

We don’t exactly know, but we do know that curfew is 11pm. A quick gander through previous setlists reveals that she performs upwards of 30 songs, so you’ll get bang for your buck anyway.

Without spoiling anything, does she play the hits?

This tour is very much about Lemonade so you can expect to hear all the songs from the album, but there’s also a healthy smattering of some of fan favourites like Love On Top, Crazy in Love, Halo and Drunk In Love.

*starts vocal warm-ups*

Now let’s get down to brass tacks – what’s the story with drink?

As with most outdoor events, attendees are not permitted to bring alcohol so don’t even try sellotaping that naggin to your leg.

There will be bars around the stadium although it’s unclear what selection of booze will be available. (DailyEdge.ie has contacted MCD and Croke Park about this.)

*keeps fingers crossed for prosecco*

Where’s the best place to go for a bop afterwards?

The following venues are holding Beyoncé-themed after parties…

We’re not exactly sure what these after-parties will entail, but sure look.

WHAT AM I GOING TO WEAR?

According to Met Éireann, the weather forecast is looking a little something like this…

Further rain in the morning with a chance of a heavy, thundery downpour. The rain will turn more showery by afternoon and a few sunny spells will develop. It will become breezy as southerly winds veer to the southwest. A humid, warm day with highs of 20 to 22 degrees.

In other words: muggy with a chance of showers. Hurray.

Anyway, if you’re stuck for something to wear, Penneys are selling these:

We’re sure nobody else will be wearing them. Nope, none at all.

Finally, will Beyoncé sing Olé, Olé, Olé?

She did the last time!
